Andre is a US Airforce veteran and a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with over 30 years of health and fitness experience. His many accolades include competitive and nationwide bodybuilding.

Andre’s experience in the fitness industry offers his clients, boot campers and online trainees a wealth of knowledge and exercise techniques that guarantee effective results. Your workouts will be based on the latest research on health and fitness and Andre will create a customized fitness plan to fit your unique goals, body type, fitness level, and abilities. His magnetic ability to inspire and encourage individuals to work harder while training is an asset. He believes that “you get out of training what you put into training”. Andre is extremely proficient in senior training. His eldest client is 87 and more fit than people half her age.
