One on One Personal Training is our most structured and time efficient fitness program. Our clients commit to a series of 30 minute sessions, fully-supervised, typically two to three sessions per week. Each session is prepared in advance based on your goals, assessment and feedback from previous exercise experience. Full-time interaction with your trainer makes this the most effective exercise program offered.
